Our Mission
The vision of Elk Lake was birthed by a generous donor with a heart for camp ministry, specifically geared toward men and boys. At Elk Lake, men can find a respite from the responsibilities and distractions of everyday life in God’s creation, and there, in the simplicity and rustic, quiet beauty, they can connect with God and with each other. In this remote sanctuary designed to be a place to unplug and refocus, men will encounter adventure, discipleship, teaching, community, connection, and rest. In a society desperate for truth and purpose, men will be equipped and encouraged to bring clarity and light to their spheres of influence. Elk Lake will be a place of spiritual growth and restoration, helping them recharge, learn more about Christ, and bond with one another.

Elk Lake is teeming with opportunities for adventure. Here in the lush forests of northern PA, hiking trails are plentiful around the campus. For water-lovers, the lake allows for fishing, kayaking, and relaxing on the shore. A ropes course will inspire your daring and nerve, as will the zipline installed over the lake! Because Elk Lake is remote, tucked away from the rest of the world, and has no WIFI, it’s the perfect time to put the phone away and embrace all the adventure and excitement that nature has to offer. Coming Summer 2027
The facilities of Elk Lake will welcome men, women, teenagers, school-aged students, and couples. Those seeking community and connection in the beauty of God’s creation and in comfortable, elevated rustic accommodations will find a refuge here. In addition to our cabins, there will be a fully functional bathhouse, a cozy dining hall where you can gather for delicious gourmet food and enjoy community, and a game/recreation room to encourage bonding and relaxation.
